Hand-shaved ice, house-made syrups, and a secret recipe that turns a simple afternoon into a legendary memory. Welcome to Papa's.
Summer, Redefined.
At Papa's Secret Snow Cones, we don't just shave blocks of ice. We craft experiences. Born from a love of old-fashioned treat stands and a desire to bring something truly special to Odessa, we've spent years perfecting our texture and flavor profiles.
Every cone is hand-scooped, drenched in our signature syrups, and topped with fresh ingredients. Whether you're craving a classic vanilla bean or our famous spicy watermelon, Papa's has a secret waiting for you.
From tangy lime to rich chocolate fudge. Our house-made syrups are the soul of every cone.
Sprinkles, condensed milk, graham crumbles, and fresh fruit. Build your masterpiece.
Hosting an event? Our jumbo family cones are the perfect centerpiece for any celebration.
We're located right here in Odessa. Pull up, grab a cone, and enjoy the moment.
